The Clik Agent Network

Most real estate agents have different and varied skills and expertise. Some are great at selling, while others are great managing people. To implement growth of our business, benefit all parties and meet each State's different trading practices. Clik Agent has developed different ways for agents to participate within its agent network.

Clik Member Agents can participate in 3 key roles:

1. Sourcing agent: Any agent can be a sourcing agent, effectively sourcing stock for the network to sell and receiving part of the commission for every property sourced when sold by Clik.
2. Lead Agent: Mostly completed property, particularly second hand property, needs to be made available for inspection by potential buyers. Member agents can request set open for inspection times for themselves to service their clients. Lead Agents have the benefit of doing individual marketing locally to promote the property and secure sales.
3. Selling agent: Selling is what most agents prefer to do; all agents from a shop front business or an individual agent working from home can sell Clik listed property. Selling Agents receive a minimum of 50% of the total commission selling one of Clik's multi-listed properties.

Growing Clik Australia Wide:

Clik has designed a simple hierarchy structure using Clik Master Agents to manage growth across Australia as well as all the elements of sales processing and management of agent members. Each state in Australia has a State Master Agent and each region in each state has a Regional Master Agent.

• Clik State Master Agent: (SMA) Clik has developed and patented a web-based administration system (Network Administration System or NAS) to manage all the processes involved in Multi-listing property, contact management of real estate members and the selling procedures.
